Volsun, founded in 2006, has been committed to the research and development, production and manufacturing of new polymer materials for more than ten years, providing customers with insulation, sealing, fire protection, thermal conductivity, buffering and other safety protection solutions and product technical services. At present, we have 97 technical patents, our products are exported to 88 countries and regions in the world, and we have cooperated with more than 6,000 domestic and foreign customers.

CWIEME Shanghai International Coil Exhibition is an important event in the supply chain of motor, transformer and generator manufacturing. It focuses on the global market and provides a platform for companies to showcase their products, technologies and solutions. Volsun participated in this CWIEME exhibition, mainly showing the protection solutions of our products in the motor system.

For the protection of water-cooled motors, it is recommended to use our bearing electrical corrosion protection products, shaft grounding rings. For insulation sleeve type products, it's better to use silicone rubber fiberglass sleeves and silicone rubber heat shrink tubes. For the binding of motor harnesses, aramid 1414 binding rope can be used.

For the protection of oil-cooled motors, to solve the problem of electrical corrosion of bearings, shaft grounding rings are also needed. For the selection of insulating sleeve products, considering oil resistance, our fluororubber heat shrink tubing and PPS braided sleeves are recommended. For the binding of motor harnesses, PPS binding rope will be a good choice.
