Annually, Volsun provides over 40 types of job positions, totaling more than 130 employment opportunities. As our business expands, we continue to increase the number of job openings. In the process of urban integration, we actively address the employment issues of migrant workers, with their representation reaching 28% of our workforce, offering them stable employment opportunities and a platform for career development.

At Volsun, we place a high priority on the career development of our female employees, who constitute 39% of our workforce. By 2024, the proportion of female managers has reached 44%.
